Pleated lamp shade skirts are my favorite. I have a few in rotation in my closet. I love dressing them up with heels and a pretty blouse like in this look or down with sneakers and a tee or sweatshirt. 

Hail to the trendy block heel! As a curvy girl, I have always been a fan of a chunkier heel. I am all for a shoe that is supportive, cute, and comfortable! The first time I wore these shoes were last month to a gala and I specifically chose this style over a stiletto because I felt they would have the most mercy on feet...and they did! They gave me a good 3 hours before I had to tip-toe to a seat.

I would love to snag a shorter block heel ankle-strap sandal for work. One similar to the below Stuart Weitzman heel.
