Camo Queen

It’s safe to say I am an avid lover of camouflage. I have worn it here , here, and here. You can dress it up or down. It is so versatile and will never go out of style! I think it’s super sexy when a woman can be fly while mixing feminine and casual pieces.

Believe it or not I never intended on camouflage being apart of this look…but GOD! LOL. When I spotted this dress at Target I knew we would be lovers. One, it’s wrinkle-free. No iron required equals throw it in the bag! I also loved that I could wear it to work and for casual weekend outings. This dress is from Target’s Prologue line. I bought it in March and it is currently sold out, however, there are other great ready-to-wear pieces in this collection.

I meticulously planned every outfit for this shoot but did not plan on Mother Nature being so windy! Thankfully my blogger bae/BFF/photographer Lonnie had on two jackets and reluctantly layered me in this fab Anorak camo jacket from F21. It went perfectly with this look! So much so that I think Lonnie should give it to me. LOL. I am no stranger to the men’s department. I have found some of my favorite tees, jackets, and shorts browsing the men’s department. I especially like to do this in the fall/winter when dressing tomboyish is my thing.

I paired the dress and jacket with my new favorite boots…Dr. Martens Jadon. They are currently all the rave. I have wanted a pair of Doc Martens for years. When I saw these platform beauties I had to have them. It was a tough decision choosing between black or white. My heart wanted the white ones because they are a little edgier. However, I chose the black because they are more versatile and can be paired with different outfits. I would recommend getting the boots here. They are always having a sale and you can get the them cheaper than what they retail on other sites.

My sunnies are from F21 and currently on sale and the bag and earrings are old.
